I have Hathway Broadband for last 5 years. The service in last one year has detiorated to the lowest. I renewed my a/c. 213684 for a year by paying Rs.4412/- through internet banking. But after a week they deactivated my a/c. without any intimation or reason. I have been trying to speak to their executives to reinstate, but to no avail. Everytime I call them the wait time is no less than 45 mins. There Zonal managers just do not respond. Finally I called the MD's office Mr. K Jayaraman.. but no response there too. I have paid money for full year but have not been able to avail the services. I am really surprised with their attitude towards customer care service. Hope I will get some help through this forum.
