Disconnecting the service

I have paid Rs. 995 through cheque to M/s Hathway for broadband connection on 10-01. My customer code is 718762. They promised me to give connection within a day or two. But they could able to give the connection only on 20-01-11 in my absence and without testing the installation. The internet didn't work and I have complained six times to their helpline number. Their engineer came on 26-01 and identified that the cable doesn't have the signal and spoken with their office, and told that the problem will be rectified within an hour. But after that also internet is not connected and I have spoken many times to their helpline number 040-66989898. On February I received a SMS asking me to pay the internet charges for Jan. I immediately called the Hathway helpline and asked them to disconnect the internet broadband and refund my deposit as I haven't used their internet even for a second. The helpline executives everytime asks me about the entire episode and finally tells me that they will revert back to me. I have sent three e-mails to [email protected] explaining my problem and requesting for refund of my money as I have taken another internet connection due to urgency. The hathway is not responding to my requests and unnecessarily delaying in refund of my money. Please help me in this regard and refund my money paid to M/s Hathway.
