Hi,
I am a Hathway customer and have been using their services from past 2 yrs. Since past 4 month, after upgrading to a plan I have been facing regular disconnectivity issues which has caused me big financial losses.
I've already reported my concerns to the nodal officer and the appelate in the company. As of now, and no one has responded with an answer.
I would like to know what help can I get from this portal.
