Dear Sir,
I am very much frustrated by the mails and smses from hathway internet asking me to pay the bills for the internet services which I had discontinued last year itself. Below is the mail from me to hathway requesting them to deactivate the connection from 2-June. Till now, they have not disconnected/deactivated. Called up the customer care executives many times to do so and take away the modem. They are still generating and sending the monthly bills. Suggest me if I can file a legal case against them.
