Dear Team,

After my 3rd time use of Hathway in past 10 years i expected this time at least they have improved their customer service.

The sales representative after begging me to take the connection, i believed him and took the connection on 21st of July. I told him to start my connection from 1st of Aug and get the wiring installed on the same day.

However, for the billing team the day sales person landed my place they started billing from that day (21st July) and they have kept charging me for those days which i have`NT used internet (forget used but internet wasn't installed) as well. After emailing all the billing and helpdesk email address and after trying to call up every possible hathway number, I am still unable to get thru either no1 picks up or it is busy.

Its been more than a month and i have`nt still heard from them... It has caused a mental agony and i wish to take some action against them,., .
