As I am a old customer of hathway internet service provider but science the starting of december I am facing a area service fault as per they said and I cannot access my internet service which I am paying them as my business is depended on internet and I am facing a great loss due to service today when I called at their call center I have to hold the phone for half an hour and the executive arrived he didn't known any thing regarding my complaint and when I asked weather I may talk to their senior then the reply was they are busy and can't talk to you. Moral of the story is I want compensation in the bill for the days they where having server down or the loss which we have faced during their server down
