Respected Sir,
I have a Hathway Internet Connection at my Home with the plan of 256-512 kbps. Since last few days, the browsing speed of the connection was too much improper. I have complained many time against it.
My last complain was on 18-09 and an engineer visited for solving the problem. The Downloading speed is proper, but other than www.google.com, all other sites are working very slow. My complaint was submitted with the form & the form number was 91204 and i was told that i will receive a call from company and my problem will get solved.
Neither i received any call nor my problem has been solved. Please Try to solve it as soon as possible.
