Sir, The company is providing the connections but services are very bad and doubtful.

I took 562 kbps unlimited plan, my ID is 661468, but the connection always down or it gets down 8 to 10 tines in 6 hours span, so it is very risky for me to do the share trading.

I tried 3-4 times to their office, but u get the ans tat our lines r busy or our executives r busy u contact later, or hold the line, I got telephione chareg for this AMTING TO RS.67/- AND STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED (BECAUSE I COULDNOT REGIDSTER MY COMPLAINT)

SO PL LOOK INTO THIS AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT ATHE EARLIEST POSSIBLE AND OBLIGE.
