I am using Airtel pre-paid sim of rajasthan & using GPRS facility for more than 2years. it happened for the first time that I was being charged from morning for GPRS. I was never being charged for GPRS even when I was roaming. I called customer care, nobody picking. When I sent a mail across to airtel helpline [email protected], the reply was we are under up-gradation. I am using this GPRS for my official purpose & now am stucked up. Really horrible, I feel like throwing the sim now.
