I had placed 3 separate orders of nearly a dozen items more than Rs. 2600/- with heaven and home about a month back. I have not received any of these items nor any intimation about their despatch. My e-mails to the company is never replied and the customer care telephone is never attended.
I want the company to either honour their commitment or to refund my money
