Suspicious websites/ lack of refund/ Lack of delivery of product

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day from http://www.keralaflowersgifts.com. The confusing part about this was that i received confirmations about payments etc from other addresses ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]).

The delivery sites listed on the website includes kottayam. I get an email the next day from [email protected] saying that i need to give another 330 RS since the delivery site is "remote'. the delivery site is right in the hub of kottayam city. and I get a list of the terms of their website.

This is the exact series of emails I received:

Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In case of Perishable Items may attract extra delivery charge between $1 to $3. This does not make any sense, since even by the 1$ to 3$ charge the amount does not equal 330RS! Ofcourse I requested to cancel the order and refund the amount.

They say need 10-15.

At christmas I ordered a cake that was not delivered and never received the promised refund. But unfortunately there are many websites that you order from that can lead you to the same party at the end. Since I tried to avoid the website I used during christmas which was www.IndiaFlowersGifts.com, but it seems like the same network of websites and people.
