I have a complain about this site. I have ordered a slim n lift supreme by calling on this number (01165884365). i have talked to mr. Ravi on this number. i booked one piece of slim n lift on 30th jan. I also mr. ravi should i give him my waist size he said no need..n he only need my address to get the product delivered. they delivered it on 31st jan. But when i checked it was XL size.so on 1st feb i again called on same landline number n complined about it. n asked to provide me according to my size and i was ready to pay more but was willing to get a piece with strips. Mr. ravi said maam u will get delivered in 2-3 days. but i didnt recieved... So, i again called on same landline number..but they were nt attending my call . the site provided two more numbers - 09999042901, 09999043068. So icalled on these numbers. they said the complain is only about size not about strip piece. they said they have forward the whole complain now to their headoffice n i will get a call by saturday and after that i will get the product delivered. i asked them that i need a product bit early so can they fast forward it. they said they will do it.
Bt till date i didnt recieved any call from their head office... now wen i call them n ask about status they say that its in progress n if i ask them their head office number so they say they cant provide n there are not here to handle the complains. n after that they dont attend the call.
They are not at all proffessional n they dont have manners to talk... while u are talking or complaing they are in habbit of disconnecting the call. i have paid Rs.1600 for the product n they also give 60 days money back gurantee... bt the take 60 days to look into the complain. What the use to order from site... wen they dont knw how to deal with customer.
I feel like i have been cheated by these people... people who are not attending the call. they are sick people... no manners at all...
