Indiaplaza.com is a total scam company run by smart crooks. They lure you by show wide variety of items on website even if the suppliers can't ship those items. Don't be fooled by all the items they show on the website. They never care if the item is available with the supplier or not.
I ordered an item (boom box - IN1206100326) on their website and after tiresome follow-up for a month, they finally said the item is out-of-stock and returned my money after 10 more days. I requested them to mark the item 'out-of-stock' on the website and then checked the same item at subsequent times on the website. Guess what, the item was neither removed nor marked 'out-of-stock' on the website, ever.
The intentions are very clear! Steal money and never communicate. If the customer presses too muc, return the money after a long time.
They get innovative some times. They change the status to of one of the items (Rhymes CD, order IN1206100326) to shipped. I waited for 2 months and when I finally called them, they said the item item was shipped but returned back to the supplier. They asked for alternate shipping address and when I provided one, I still didn't thye item. Frustated and raged, I called and shouted at them, when they calmly said the courier doesn't serve to the zipcode provided by me!!! What a BIG lie. I got couriers to that same address by almost all courier services and its a not remote place! Even if by any chance the courier service doesn't service my zip code, when are they planning to tell me that? Why are they waiting for me to call them? Scammers!
How can we stop people from getting cheated? How can we bring them to law? These guys are doing smart business to avoid crimnal charges by providing some refunds. Is there a way we can press charges against them?
