Hi,

I have bought a Online Health Policy from icicilombard.com

I have made Payment on 15th Feb and did not get any response for medical check up and submitted a complaint (No: 2202201271) on 22nd Feb to fix the medical appointment.

The medical test was conducted on 24th Feb and did not get the Policy issue details hence again one more complaint (No: 7032012994) was submitted on 7th March

Please get involved in this issue and help me to get the health policy as early as possible. Its almost 1 moth that I have made payment and also to get one policy already 2 complaints were submitted in ICICI customer support.
