IDEA Net Setter purchased on 14.11.2011 from Mahalaxmi Mobiles & Enterprises, Mancherial, Ph:08736-253678, Adilabad Dist., Andhra Pradesh - 504208, @ Rs.1550/-. The dealer asked me to submit documentary proof for activation of SIM No.89910705320004288902 (No.9553354014) and he said it will be activitated instantly. But till date, i.e. as on 26.11. the device is not working by displaying error 619 & error 628. When contacted the distrubutors of IDEA at Mancherial i.e Gayatri Enterprises, IDEA TSI, Mr. Ramesh Mobile No.9848002370 is not responding to my call and when contacted personally, he is replying in a rude manner. Such fellows should be immediately removed from India's prestigeous firm, IDEA and my problem should be taken up on priority.
