Gprs is not working

I got my recharge of Rs.99

4 days back it was activated

but when i was using it me balance was deducting so i rang on customer care

they asked me change setting

i did but now i am not able to us the net

but when i another time called them they informed that my net was in use

but i on my mobile was un able to us it

the web page was showing failure
