yester i call on cce of idea, first of all agent given me wrong commint again and again regarding not using internet facility of mobile and no. is 9911932339. on that time i was talking to mr. shambhu and lastly after a long time request by me then transfer my call to serior department and then talk to TEAMLEADER Mr. Shambhu and he was also not given me proper solution and on running call disconnect.
