As per your email acknowledgement, you have stated that "We acknowledge the receipt of your mail. We would look into the matter and revert within 2 working days."

I have sent the email on Monday at "Mon, Oct 4 at 9:45 PM" so as per your comitment you have to revert back to me on wednesday. but still i have not received a

single communication through email or call from your side.

I request you to look in to this matter at the earliest.

Hello Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Idea Net setter customer and my Idea number is - 99246 46114.

I have a complain against my August as well as September bill.

I have 299 rs - 500 MB free download plan.

I am using Idea USB device only with my Laptop, Every month 1st date i am resetting it to 0. No one else uses this card and i also dont use with any other laptop or

any other pc.

As per your company's "Idea Net Setter" tool, at the end of the september month (30-th september), it is showing

Upload Data = 88.12 MB and Downloaded data = 396.31 MB. so total will be 484.43 MB which is well less then 500 MB.

Then also i got charge for extra usage of 80 MB = 160.00 ruppees. so that means my total usage as per your idea net setter should be 580 Mb. i can understand that tool

may not be 100% accurate, but its impossible that the diffrence between the total usage will be 580 - 484.43 = 95.57 MB. How that is possible?

SO either your tool is showing wrong or either the amount for which i am getting charged that is wrong.

Same thing happened for me for August month. and that time customer care person gave me 150 rs discount.

I am not asking for duiscount for september month, i want to know why there is a diffrence of 95.57 MB? how that is extra?

I had a word with Customer care executive "Snehal " as well as "Vishal Brahmbhatt - Handling MI", They told me they can not help me in any way. and asked me to contact

the customer care.

Apart from that i am getting charged for Late payment fee of 11.62, but when i raised a query with snehal, he told me he will update me about the bill date and even if

i am getting charged he will reversal it.

But now today when i visited Idea customer care office - sector 16, he kept quite on this.

So as a result of this what i am understanding is what ever idea will charge i have to pay with out any doubt. so may be tomorrow idea will charge for 10 GB and ask me

to pay the amount. I am not getting this as fare play and want to know the exact reson behind this.

When i told that i have taken screen shot of the idea net setter tool, Vishal is telling that is not the proper way. then what is the proper way? can you please tell

me. I also attached september net setter screen shot with thisn email.

First of all i want to get this issue resolve and then only i want to pay the bill. Please stop cheating customers like this.

Please call me on 91 9377445169. I have called minimum 30 to 40 times and also visited idea sector - 16 office minimum 15 times for this issue. still i have not get

justice for this.
