I am idea netsetter user and my number is 8108138101. I started facing network issue from 11th May and was not able to work with the device at all. At that time I was in Patna (on roaming) and a complain was placed at local idea gallery. It was not fixed there and upon returing back to mumbai the same problem persist. I again lodged a complain at mumbai on 18th May (Docket Ref No:17698112). The customer care called on 24th May and said that there may be device problem so visit a nearest gallery for a check on. I visited the idea gallery (Garima Enterprises, Chembur), they took the device for checking and kept it for 2 days. (on 27th May) After 2 days they replied that we need to send this to headoffice for repairing and it will take minimum 15 days. They're not ready to provide any standby device, so that I can continue my work.
Now how can somebody work for 1 month in this situation where internet is a must for work. On top of that they continue to send me bills with full charges, evenif I am not able to use their services.
Customer care is insensitive to the issue.
