Bad service from Customer care

I am facing problem with my net setter, every time i call customer care, person on other side. say that he not able to hear me... and repeat the words " no response so he disconnecting the call. it is happening from last 2 days..i taught its problem with my mobile but i called them with 3 different number... surprisingly same response.. it looks like they playing the recorded message.

Pathetic Service ..I regret to be an Idea customer.
