Customer care service not provided

I am purchase sim last month on 20th sept from idea gallary & provided driving licence for photo id & address proff on 22 nd sept gallary person can confirm my documents has been submitted but as per customer care person said documents not received & also idea not active my customer care service, i am sending mail to customer care service atlist 3 to 4 times but they can't resolve my query
