Wrong commitment

I have purchased 3 connection from idea officer mr arpit mehta where i was told i would get free bag as well as 100 rs cash discount per month till 20 months.

Now i have neither received discount in first bill nor bags as committed. When i contacted mr arpit mehta for the same he asked me why was i so much bothered just for 100rs.

Nodal officer is more pathetic. She did not get away with saying that scheme was changed when i took connection so would not get it.

i have been using idea mobile for last 10 yrs...
