3G Nett Setter Service not received properly

Respected sir,

I Rahul Bajaj your customer of your 3G Net Setter Data Card of number 9540011912 is having problem from the first day i have purchased that net setter.

i purchased it on 5 aug. and i haven't used 3G services more than 1 day till yet i used only EDGE services for whole of the bill cycle from 5 Aug to 22 Aug. and my Bill Plan is Rs 750.

and my bill for this bill cycle is also double then expected ie. Rs 790 (Approx.). And my services are barred on the daily basis.

i am unable use my services frequantly and i have made many complaints fromm which some of the complaint number's are

1. 105359458

2. 105171828

3. 105408238

4. 105007610

5. and other's where by the way of mail's by My Idea...

and many times i visited "My idea showroom" and compainted them and i call' ed them daily to the owner of My Idea for Resuming my services but they are also helpless because my services are resumed for short time but next day i again gets barred.

and i request you to please resume my services fully and please recheck my bill amount and please adjust it as the rate for 2G and adjust my bill on pro rata basis.

And i have one more idea billing number which is also active at the movement ie. 9891907200. This number is running properly.
