Idea DATACARD
Instrument not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Surindir Mohan Rehan from Ambala Cantt. I was purchse Idea Datacard (09812013848) in febuary-10 at Rs. 1999.

But Till date instrument not working. I am not using instrument single day, while co. provide 2 month free usage.

I was complaint at local idea office and customer care (198). but nobody can response against my problem which are face from last 5 months.

So i request to do needful help for me.
