Ideanetsetter no 9639007654 purchased from m/s goyal sanchar on 24.06.2010 since 1st july 10 it is not working despite our lodging so many complaints with m/s goyal sanchar and on 9837012345. sir we are working in sbi and our services are held up due to non functionality of this net setter. further m/s goyal sanchar is not listening and not responding to our complaints. he had also not given us the receipt of Rs.- we had made the cash payment of Rs.5320/- being Rs.o instrument charges and Rs.3320/- for using internet unlimited facility for 6 months but the instrument has given us only 6 days working and since 1st July we are held up. no one is listening . will you please solve our problem
