Our's is Idea netsetter connection since four months. till last months the things were going alright but since last week th the connection is terribly slow and download speed is so low that the commenest sits doen't open . and on complaing to the Idea cust .care we are still waiting for the problem to resolve. Our work is suffering and due to the post paid billing, we still would have to pay the amount, though we are not using net for so many days due to this problem.
