I had ordered items BPL emergency light & Amkette Flash TV under the order numbers 221020100129 & IN0611100196 respectively on appox 15th August but not did not receive the item yet. BPL emergency light was delivered but it was broken. I was asked to send it back but I have not received the item yet. Amkette flash TV is also not delivered. I also don't get the response to the complaints made. I wonder why these guys are allowed to function with such a lot of problems. I see so many complaints in the net. Request people to refrain from making any transaction in Indiaplaza.
