Hi,
This complaint is regarding the order no. IN0610100413, I made on Oct 6. This order contained 4 different items however when it was delivered to me on Oct 14 it had only 2 items. I paid for all 4 items. I raised a support ticket with their phone support and the ticket no. is PH131643967103338. Their support executive promised to revert by Oct 18 but no one has contacted me so far even though I've been trying to get in touch with them continuously.
What can be done in this case?
