Item not delivered and no response from customer care

I bought a mobile phone through indiaplaza.com on 2nd Nov (Order No. : IN0211112174), with a promised delivery within 3 days. However, even after 2 months, it's still not delivered. I've already called the customer care many times (more than 25 and wasted so much money). And every time they ask me to wait for two more days. I also raised a ticket online (

I am a frequent customer of Letsbuy.com and infibeam.com. I had very good experience with them. Just by seeing some offer, I ordered this product which is still reaching. A very bad experience with them. Just to high light, I would like to share comments:
