Purchased product is nor delivered

I purcheded a book through indiatimes (Order ID:112065111). Payment has done through net banking. After a week of puchase, they cancelled the order because of out of stock. The cheating thing is no option to refund and they forced to purchase another one within a short period to compansate our money. SO PLEASE AVOID INDIATIMES to do ur purchases. Once u do the payment, u please understand ur money has lost. Use ebay for ur online purchase. Good one and reliable
