DEFECT MOBILE DELIVERED AND REPLACMENT DRAMA AND SENT SAME PRODUCT AS IT IS

Dear ALL,

My most horrible experience with INDIATIMES SHOPPING.

Yesterday (13th March, 10) I have received my replacement that is after a month. Most pathetic experience with INDIATTIMES - PRODUCT IS SENT AS IT IS without repairing or replacing it.

ON 8TH FEB COMPLAINT LODGED YOUR REFERENCE 125393

DEFECT PRODUCT Was sent as per process on: AWB NO 647 601 653 (09/02/10)

FOLLOWUP CALL For not RECEIVING GOODS with in 10 days : 20/02/10 Complaint No 144186

PRODUCT SENT TO ME 13/03/10 – Complaint lodged 173175

Through experience with indiatimes is pathetic.
