I was shocked to see that only half delivery was made which was cleary reflected from courier as well. After 2 months of chase and logging ten complaints with the no -cooperating and rude customer care I finally received the statement WE CANT DO ANYTHING AND YOU WONT BE GETTING ANYTHING.
