Not delivered product on time & customer service people are pathetic

Hi,

Customer service are pathetic. They never launch the complain. Its very impossible to reach them on phone..They never deliver product on time. I bought one rakhi gift on 16th and till date, delivery is pending. I didn't get any mail regarding this. I have written mail as well to customer care, but as usual no reply from their end..

Online shopping is really a big headache in India.
