I have applied for renewal of holiday voucher which I have purchased previous year vide invoice no. ORAO90045686 dtd. 15-may by paying Rs.5943.00. I received brochure in which form is to be filled and send it to " Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., P.O. Box No. 5042, Bangaloe-560001 .". I send the required form with Form No.-002201 on 26/12, but I haven't got any response.
On 30 -apr I got call from iINDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB end that my aforesaid holiday package is going to be lapsed today and renewal should be done with added advantage of airfare inclusive for 2 adults and 2 children below the age of 12 years by paying Rs.3198.00. I paid the required money through credit card on 30 april in the view of getting my holidays package renewal and getting addtional benefit as discussed As per person who booked the renewal package for holiday voucher, confirmation should have reached me within 8-10 days, but after lot of chasing and tracking india today book clud has send me packet of books and CD's (which I am already having from previous order) worth Rs.3198.00 . This is totally unbearable and untolerable, as I have already send Rs.9141.00 (5943 3198 =9141). If india today can't arrange holiday package as comitted, return back my money. Previously also my holiday package lapses due to non-corresponance from indiatoday book club end. If they can't handle business they should not play with hard earned money of customer, after all customer are responding to all that because of brand name of india today group. Mr. Prabhu Chawla must have some solution for wrong practice going in his company.
