I have Placed an oredr Micromax Q5 Mobile through http://www.infibeam.com/mobiles/make/micromax.html Online shopping.
order placed on 24-FEB. order confirmation no :7501839. i have paid the Hole money for the product. still i didn't get the product. many time i have talked to their customer support Executive Mr. Muktha she is saying they had shiped the product on 25-Feb Via Decan360 Courier.
The congingment no:10009687785 .
she is saying they are not responble. same time infibeam is not ready to Return the money.
i wanto to take the legal action . please help me.
