I Booked order no.8475339 dt.12.12.11. Infibeam supplied wrong product, which lateron got collected from me and pre-paid credit was given (although, it was assured that after getting collected wrong product, my money shall be refunded). With the PPC fresh payment, I booked order no.8582960 dt.24.01.12 and made full payment. Infibeam themselves cancelled order on 02.02.12 due to non-availability of product and informed me that my money shall be refunded within 3-5 working days. Till date, neither money has been refunded nor they are answering any of my mail.
