Payment not reached

Dear sir,

I had made a payment to Tatasky for annual mega pack on 28th of Aug from my account number10637866369 at SBI Satpura bhavan branch Bhopal for Rs. 6400/- only. The payment has never reached the desired destination. Interestingly Tatasky website acknowledges the request for annual mega pack as pending. I have made complaints earlier to track down the payment but without success. Please track down and restore the payment for its desired destination.
