IPL ticket not delivered to me

I have booked Ticket for IPL bangalore match 1 week back using iplt20.com through www.ticketgenie.in. Though It claims the ticket to be delivered within 3 days . a but after more than 1 week i have not recieved the tickets.

I am not sure if I show the online recipt and the ID CARD, I WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE MATCH.

I have tried caling the given customer care no 91-80-23611940 but no one pick up.
