Dear Sir
I had booked some tickets via www.irctc.co.in through my united bank of india' s debit card via hdfc pg gateway, some tickets were cancelled and the amount which should be deposited into my account has still not been deposited, when consulted to irctc.co.in they said the amount has been remmited by them but the transaction has been not completed and the amount is deposited to HDFC PG when consulted them they asked me to the provider of the card that is united bank. and when i asked united bank their reply was that there was no receipt of the money.
I have been trying to ask them via mails there is no proper response nor a proper solution as to how to get the refund back.
The refund is of tickets purchased in the year 2009 amounting to Rs.12, 746 the details and the break up of the same are
