Overcharging and defective products

I ordered 80 gift sets for Diwali from Jaipan which were supposed to be of MRP 1350 but after much trouble and running around to pick the products personally much after Diwali, I realised they had sent products of MRP 1220. Those amongst the staff who had opened the gifts, said the handles etc just came off on first use. I opened one to see for myself and had the handle in my hand after frying an egg! I took back the gift packs (from my staff etc) that had not been opened and contacted Jaipan. After many conversations, they agreed to replace the products. But that was just an empty promise. They did not act on their promise and have stopped responding. Please help.
