Non receipt of books ordered with prepayment

I have placed an order for three books on 22/06 with Order

no:33377, the payment for the same is made through CC-Avenue gateway (S.B.I Internet Banking).

till now i haven't received total ordered quantity..

inspite of regular remainders of non recieval of books only one book was delivered as if it was a consolation prize of some funny competition of commitment and reminder. my all patience has been tested to the extreme level.

whenever in frustated condition i called them up commitment was made to deliver the book withing 1-2 days but in vain.

Please take necessary action
