Wrong bill

Airtel wrongly generated a bill for Rs 25, 000 for my broadband for 2 months. I repeadedly complaied for 3 months and when manager of airtel collections, south zone, Avinash called me, he threatened me. He said he d send me a non-bailable warrant and refused to listen to my problem. I reached a settlement with him of Rs. 6600, and he refused to pay me any letter. Afterwards he has been sending airtel executives every month for 4 months now, and still bothering me to pay rest.
