I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy R I9103 on february 3rd 2012.
I decided to call up their customer care (CC) after 2 days without an update.
They told they'll ship it within 7 days and asked to wait till then.
I waited till 10th where they updated FALSE SHIPPING DETAILS WITH FALSE TRACKING ID so that i'll keep quiet for few days.
When i checked with courier company they told they didnt received any Parcel with that tracking id.
Then i again called koovs CC, they told i'll receive today. When i told about my interaction with courier company they told i'll not receive it today and the product is out of stock. They told me to mail to [email protected] and said i'll receive reply within an hour. i received reply immediately from google stating the Address rejected/absent!!!
How can they make such a big blunder??
What are the ways to retrieve my money and make koovs sorry for this false drama they are playing with me
