Till now I have not received the products. I had a talk with Mr Kuldeep on your help line number (011-40502424) on 6th October at 11am and again on 21st October at 12noon. Both the time he confirmed that I will be getting my product by 4/5 days time but still I have not got the same. Today I had a talk with Mr Niraj at 4.40pm and he told me write this mail to you, so you can help me to get my product. As I have paid the money to Bag it Today so now I am at mercy of you people. I would request you to kindly look in to the matter with little seriously so I can get my product as early as possible.
