8 GB spy pen from Naaptol

I have purchase 8 gb spy pen from Naaptol company order no 154709. But company delivered a defective spy pen. so i send to this pen to Aditya Infotech, Bank street, Hyderabad for replacement dt.22/02.by courier company Blue Dart docket no 12672656706 but at that time this product is not received . i think the Naaptol company is fraud company . the customer service phone no 09223516148, 09223526148 is not satisfy feedback its only for banvabanvi & not to tell company phone no and address- i think Naaptol compamy is fraud its intension for earning only for money.
