I had done a E-Refill on 7th May with MBlazer 898 Plan and recharges with Rs.898/- using my Citibank credit card 4550381554260000.
The amount of Rs.898/- was deducted from my credit card on 9th May.
However, as per your customer care, my Mblaze account is not recharged and inspite of calling 10 times in last 50 days, there is no response from your end or any of the agents from your end.
I last spoke to Dhara Sharma from customer service team on 31st May at 1:00 PM, who promised me a call back by 2.30 pm with a resolution. However, it is 27th June now and still there is no resolution now.
Also, after speaking to the customer service team of MTS for 3 times, I am being told that for such complains only email the way I can get resolution. What PATHETIC, INCOMPETENT and SHAMEFUL Team is running MTS Customer Service.
Today, I can say that I am very much DISAPPOINTED and SHAMEFUL to be your customer.
I have recorded the last conversation done with Ms. Dharma Sharma, where I was promised a call back and there was none from your end.
Today again I spoke to Nandan Kumar from MBlaze Customer Service and to his supervisor Sujo Thomas and they do not have any information to provide us. They are again not able to provide any information on the money deducted from my credit card. Today is 27th June and still there is no response.
As per Mr. Sujo Thomas MBlaze system shows Payment Invoice Ref ID # MCIT0058069328 (898), which means payment has been deducted and Mr. Thomas is still quoting "It will take more than 48 hrs to start the service". We have recorded the conversation now.
