This is in regards to you that we applied for a connection on 26th June with Tikona and paid Rs. 4000/- towards full payment by Cheque but till now no one contacted for the connection despite me contacting their customer care more than 10 times.

Sequence of events:

1. Pramod (Tikona Exective) cell (7498874263) and Sales Executive ID (500005647) mentioned cheque payment will take minimum 7 days to activate.

2. 30th of June called up Pramod and asked the status but he said it is in process and subsequently called customer care to check they confirmed that payment is cleared and gave me user ID And said till Monday installation will be done.

3. On Monday 2nd July we received SMS of User ID and Password. But Again no call from executive or customer care so called up again on 2nd of July to Ajay but he did not take the call later again contacted customer care asked about connection no satisfactory answer.

4. Again no one contacted so called up on 3rd of July and Pramod is not answering the call till date... again tried customer care number but this time unable to connect.

5. We are daily calling to Customer care but no satisfactory answer.

Finally writing a mail to you to share my agony and Pain

Request a suitable action on the same.
