I did online shopping from abercrombieindia.com, an online shopping site based out of China. It has been more than 1 month since I placed my order, but I have still not received my order. They have shared the tracking number with me and its unfortunately Indian postal service. I tried to contact the local Noida post office they have no clue about my order. The last tracking information which India post has is that my order was send to Noida from delhi for local dispatch. After that it has been missing.
Now I have been continuously following up with abercrombieindia.com but every time I get the same response that I will receive my order in few days. I have asked them for full refund of Rs. 10124 but it seems they are in no mood to refund my money.
Please help me.
