I was order a Kaspesky Internet Security 2012 on dt 26.05.2012 from Naaptol Company, Today i was receive the courier and pay the amount Rs530/- to the courier office (First Flight Courier), but when i was open the docket i found the worng product Kaspersky Antivirus 2012 bearing amount Rs 479. I was call the customer care no of Naaptol - 09223516148, i discuss the problem and he give me a complain no-3025210, she telling me please send the courier and you pay the courier charges, i send the order within 15day or i refund the money within 21 days, so why i am waiting. I need the actual order product and refund the money within 7 days.
