Hi,
We had purchased a Blackberry phone for R. 10, 000 from Naaptol.com.
The piece was faulty so the Customer Care asked us to return it. They specifically asked us to send it via BlueDart as they were their official courier providers.
We sent this piece via BlueDart. When contacted Naaptol after 4 weeks they said that the box was received empty and they will not provide a refund. When checked with Blue Dart they have undertaken an investigation and reverted that the piece was delivered to them and they have signed it.
Now Naaptol is not ready to give a refund its been 8 months I have been trying this. Have made so many phone calls all with waste of time money and energy.
I need to get the refund from then. Please help.
